The Challenge

How do you create a step-change growth pattern in your own well-established business where you’re already a leader?

The Strategy

By seeking the intersection of a unique combination of ideas, capabilities, partnerships or services that solve a passionate consumer need or pain point, we created a disruptive product that reimagined how a consumer replicated restaurant-quality results at home. We combined technical know-how from multiple partners with our own, delivered expectations previously only available outside the home and redefined the consumer experience, engagement and value proposition.

A new category was created that added tens of millions of dollars of revenue to the business within three years.
